ABOUT TORI-YA
One man who has devoted himself to the world of food in Japan for 35 years was captivated by the world of yakitori, a traditional Japanese food. This yakitori restaurant was started by a man who loves food and yakitori.
He cherishes the spirit of facing each skewer that he learned during his training in Japan, and continues to grill delicious Japanese yakitori here in Malaysia.

How Tori-ya Skewers are Made
• Our chickens are sourced locally and delivered daily to ensure you get the best yakitori experience.
• Tori-ya’s signature is the Chouchin, a special skewer made with immature egg yolks with fallopian tubes. This is rare even in Japan.

• We pick our vegetables when they are at their peak freshness from both Japan and Malaysia.
Tori-ya Seasoning and Condiments
Everything is handmade using Japanese seasonings for an authentic Japanese flavour.
• Tori-ya Special Seaweed Salt, a special salt blend of kombu and sea salt that brings out the natural umami flavours of the ingredients.
• Tori-ya Signature Tare Sauce is a thick, sweet-savory soy glaze used for basting yakitori skewers t bring out the chickne’s umami flavours.
• Rice oil is a neutral oil to allows you to enjoy the full natural flavor of the ingredients and is healthy for your body.
• Tori-ya’s Shichimi Togarashi Seasoning, or Japanese Seven-Spice adds a pleasent kick to Tori-ya’s yakitori.

We offer 50 varieties of sake, from Dassai to lesser known Japanese local sakes that will impress even the most discerning drinkers.
Each sake is carefully selected to pair perfectly with Tori-ya’s yakitori.
